Manhattan was a global supply chain software leader without much awareness and personality. As the lead copywriter, I developed the Manhattan brand as one that thrived on innovation, empowered customers, and created new possibilities for the world's best companies.

 

I then extended that brand promise and brand voice across every possible marketing asset. During my time with the company, brand awareness and consideration spiked while sales increased from $500 million to more than $1 billion.
